Terry Phillips

Terry Phillips, MSSL, serves as the Director of Multicultural Affairs at Lenoir-Rhyne University since August 2021, focusing on DEI student engagement through workshops and training. As the founder of TM3 International Group, LLC, Terry authors works on success strategies and develops brands such as The 828/For My Good Company and BrandYOU. In addition, Terry has led City of Praise, Inc. since 1993 as founder and senior pastor, providing coaching and managing ministry operations. Other notable roles include founder of College Prep Buddies, Inc., and board member for various organizations including The National Diversity Collaborative, Inc., and YMCA of Catawba Valley. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Theology from Lenoir-Rhyne University and a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.
