Charles Maestri

Charles Maestri has extensive experience in ticket operations and customer service, currently serving as the Assistant Ticket Operations Manager at PNC Arena since July 2005. Previously, Charles held roles as a Box Office Supervisor and Ticket Seller, contributing to ticket sales primarily for hockey events with the Carolina Hurricanes. In addition to expertise in ticket operations, Charles co-owned Mr. Russell's Soups until March 2022, where a unique soup product was developed and offered, and currently operates Maestri's Artisan Smoked Cheeses since January 2021. Charles also gained experience as a wine bottler at Chatham Hill Winery from 2005 to 2011 and has held various positions at PNC throughout the years. An educational background includes attendance at North Carolina State University from 2006 to 2008.
