Arul Joseph

Arul Joseph currently serves as the Head HR Business Partner for the Mobile Business Group and eCommerce across the Asia Pacific region at Lenovo, a position held since January 2007. In this leadership role, Arul oversees HR functions for 13 countries, focusing on recruitment, capability building, organizational structure enhancement, and managing a significant annual HR budget of $100 million, while also fostering workplace culture and engagement strategies. Prior to Lenovo, Arul held various HR roles at Marico Ltd. from December 2001 to December 2006, culminating as General Manager - HR, and began a career in human resources at Cavinkare as an HR Officer from May 1999 to November 2001. Arul holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from St. Joseph's College, Tiruchirapalli, completed between 1996 and 1998.
