Giovanni di Filippo

Giovanni Di Filippo serves as the VP & GM for the Saudi Arabia Region at Lenovo since December 2019, where a new regional headquarters is being established in Riyadh as part of a strategic partnership with Alat, aligning with KSA’s Vision 2030. Previously, Giovanni held the position of President EMEA in Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group, overseeing a multibillion-dollar business and maintaining full P&L accountability. Prior experience includes roles at Riverbed Technology, where significant growth in partner sales and SaaS bookings was achieved, and at SAP, where sales of software licenses and services significantly increased. Giovanni's career also encompasses leadership positions at Cisco Systems and Sun Microsystems, where substantial revenue growth and successful partnerships were established. Giovanni holds an Executive Leadership Program degree from Stanford University and a Diplom BPSE in International General Business Management from IMD.
