Grace Wu

Grace Wu currently serves as the Executive Director of Global Rewards at Lenovo. Prior to this role, Grace held significant positions at Willis Towers Watson as the Director of Rewards Business Leader, and at Mercer as Principal in Talent Consulting and Singapore Head of Executive Rewards. Earlier in their career, Grace was a Principal Researcher at Aon. Grace Wu earned a PhD in Strategic Management from the National University of Singapore between 2004 and 2008.
