Hugues Lapointe is an experienced leader in service delivery, currently serving as Director of Global Service Delivery at Lenovo since January 2017. In this role, Hugues oversees a global team dedicated to implementing innovative customer support solutions while managing day-to-day operations of social media and user community support. Previously, Hugues held the position of Director of North America Service Delivery Operations, where responsibilities included managing support and repair operations for PC and Tablet products with a successful operating budget exceeding $150 million per year. Hugues's tenure at Lenovo from 2010 to 2016 as Service Operations Manager involved leading international teams in service cost control operations, establishing substantial annual budgets, and acting as a subject matter expert during M&A negotiations. Hugues holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Chemical Engineering from McGill University, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
