Jennifer Spencer

Jennifer Spencer is an experienced professional specializing in diversity, inclusion, and learning development within corporate environments. Currently serving as the Director of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Lenovo since March 2015, Jennifer is responsible for building a diverse workforce and fostering an inclusive employee experience. Previous roles at Lenovo include Director of Executive Development and Senior Manager of the Global Learning Team, where Jennifer managed executive leadership programs and was instrumental in developing training for 36,000 employees. Prior experience includes leadership positions at LDPM Inc., Bell and Howell, LLC, Actuate, and QED Consulting. Jennifer holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and a degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
