Lucas Biggers has extensive experience in learning and development within the technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development for Global Product Education at Lenovo since July 2005. Responsibilities include managing education teams across multiple locations, developing product support courses and sales certification programs. Previous roles include leadership in service video training and program management for new product support training across Lenovo's global contact centers. With a background at IBM focusing on marketing and inventory management, and early experience as a customer service engineer at Xerox, Lucas holds an MBA and a BSBA from East Carolina University, reinforcing a solid foundation in business and technical education.
