Rajesh Thadani

Rajesh Thadani is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in e-commerce and P&L management across various regions in Asia Pacific. Currently serving as Executive Director - AP E-commerce at Lenovo since September 2018, Rajesh oversees a P&L close to $1B across diverse markets including India, ANZ, Japan, and ASEAN. Prior roles at Lenovo include leading the Consumer and Online Business in India and establishing the Indonesia market as President Director. Rajesh's career spans significant positions at Lenovo and IBM, totaling more than two decades in IT and sales management, complemented by a Master's degree in Marketing Management from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
