Jordan M. has been working in the customer service and administrative industry since 2012. In 2017, they began working as a Sales Representative for 24 Hour Fitness. In 2018, they moved on to become an Advocate for Optum, where they provided clinical assistance to pharmacy technicians, doctors offices, and members. In 2020, Jordan M. began working as an Administrative Assistant for Signature Healthcare at Home, where they worked with the Clinical Manager and Executive Director of Home Health Agency to ensure the office ran smoothly. In 2021, they became the Digital Support Manager for Monkedia and, as of 2022, they are the Head of Customer Service for Lensbaby.
Jordan M. attended Tigard High School from 2013 to 2017. Jordan then attended Chemeketa Community College from 2017 to 2019, earning an Associate of Science - AS in Oregon Transfer. Jordan returned to Chemeketa Community College in 2020 and is currently pursuing an Oregon Real Estate degree.
