Archana Vadala

Archana Vadala began their work experience in 2003 as a Recruiter at Reach Management Consultant Pvt Ltd. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Google, starting as a Lead Recruiter and later leading multiple teams across recruiting. At Facebook, they served as a Recruiting Manager for India, ANZ, and Southeast Asia from 2010 to 2018, handling business and tech recruitment. From 2017 to the present, they worked at Meta, where they served as the Director of APAC Business Recruiting and the Site Lead for the Hyderabad office, overseeing a team of over 100 employees and 1000 contractors. Currently, Archana holds the position of Global Head of Talent & Inclusion at Lenskart.com, starting in 2023.

Archana Vadala earned their Master's degree in Business Administration from Osmania University from 1999 to 2001.
