Prateek Dureha has a solid work experience in various companies. Prateek started their career at Bajaj Electricals Ltd as a Management Associate in 2013 and later transitioned to the role of Assistant Manager - Bajaj World. In 2016, they joined Dabur India Limited as a Business Development Manager and eventually became a Manager - Business Development & Franchise Operations. In 2019, they joined CARS24 as the Head of Expansion - C2C. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Tupperware India as the Head of Retail Business Development. Currently, they are the Head of Retail - Franchise Business at Lenskart.com.

Prateek Dureha completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from International Management Institute - IMI, from 2011 to 2013.
