Grigory Adagamov has held various marketing roles throughout their career. Grigory started in 2006 as a Special Marketing Projects Manager at Alion, where they developed and executed marketing projects for B2B and B2C brands. In 2008, they became the Head of Event Marketing at Gameland, overseeing marketing and PR activities for the promotion of the Game media group. Grigory then worked as a Marketing Specialist at Molotok.Ru, where they focused on marketing strategy development.

In 2012, Adagamov joined Yandex as a Marketing Communications Manager, leading the launch and promotion of the Yandex Browser. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Head of Marketing Department at the transport holding company "Komandir", responsible for CRM, marketing research, and customer care.

Adagamov continued their career as the Head of Marketing at Yandex Eats (FoodFox), where they built a marketing department and implemented a product marketing strategy. In 2017, they became the Head of Marketing (CMO) at Humaniq, creating a marketing department and developing a user acquisition system for African countries.

From 2018 to 2020, Adagamov worked as a Product Owner and Marketing Adviser at 2meet, providing marketing expertise. Grigory then served as the Head of Digital Marketing at Okko, establishing a digital marketing department and defining the company's digital marketing strategy.

Currently, Adagamov is the CMO of Lenta Online, where they have pioneered the establishment of a comprehensive marketing department and plays a key role in online business development and strategic planning. Grigory has successfully executed the online business marketing strategy, aligning it with sales growth plans. Throughout their career, Adagamov has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, strategic planning, user acquisition, and marketing analytics.

Grigory Adagamov attended School 1229 in Moscow from 1992 to 2000. Grigory then went on to study at the Moscow State Economic-Energy College from 2000 to 2003, earning a specialist degree in management. From 2003 to 2006, they attended Moscow University of Industry and Finance (MUIF), where they obtained a degree in economics with a focus on banking.
