Vlad Drugoff

Vlad Drugoff is currently serving as the Senior Software Engineering Manager at Lenta, overseeing multiple teams responsible for developing mobile apps. Prior to this role, Vlad held various leadership positions in software engineering and project management, including VP of Software Engineering at M.Video and Head of Group at Central Bank of the Russian Federation. With a background in technical leadership and strategic operations management, Vlad has been instrumental in driving business growth and overseeing the successful establishment of new offices and branches in their career. Having completed their MBA from the University of Warwick, Vlad brings a strong combination of technical expertise and strategic business acumen to their leadership roles.
