Alexandra Eder-Kollmitzer is an experienced professional in diversity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility, and learning and development. Since January 2012, Alexandra has held various key positions at Lenzing Group, currently focusing on driving diversity and inclusion strategies. Previous roles include Corporate Head of Learning and Development and Social Sustainability, where Alexandra led high-performing teams and implemented global L&D strategies. Earlier positions include Project Management Officer, responsible for innovation processes, and Management Consultant, where Alexandra established a Project Management Office for the Textiles Business Unit. Prior experiences include project management roles at Montée Events & Adventure and ecoplus. Niederösterreichs Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH, focusing on tourism and EU-funded projects. Alexandra holds a Master’s degree in Social and Economic Sciences with a specialization in Gesundheitsmanagement im Tourismus from FH Joanneum.
