Danielle Lee

Danielle Lee is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various industries. Danielle most recently worked as the Senior Director of HR and Global HRBP at Lenzing Group. Prior to that, Danielle held roles as the Regional HR Director of APAC at ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd, the Regional HR Head of APAC at DSM, and the Senior Manager of Regional HR Business Partner at BASF. Danielle also worked as a Senior Consultant at HR Partners and an Entrepreneur/Business Owner in New Zealand. Earlier in their career, Danielle served as the Group Marketing Manager at AstraZeneca, where they led marketing and sales teams and managed key industry relationships.

Danielle Lee completed a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from University College Dublin from 2010 to 2012. Danielle also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a major in Marketing from La Trobe University. Additionally, they have certifications in Leadership Architect 101, Strategic Effective Architect, and viaEDGE from Lominger International. Danielle has also received training as a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from WorldatWork.
