The board of directors at Lenz Therapeutics has a wide range of experience in the medical and business fields. Many of the members have worked as investment professionals, while others have experience as surgeons or in other medical roles. The board also has members with experience in business development and franchising. In addition, many of the members have experience in ophthalmology specifically. The board members also have a variety of educational backgrounds, including degrees from Stanford University, Harvard Business School, and Northwestern University.
