As chief information officer for LEO A DALY, Stephen Held directs a team of IT professionals in the continual maintenance, updating and adoption of technology in 30 offices and five countries. In more than a decade with the firm, he has championed an aggressive strategy of innovation for the sake of competitive advantage. Major initiatives have included a complete overhaul of IT organization and support across the LEO A DALY and LAN brands, the replacement of every piece of technology and infrastructure worldwide, the navigation into a hybrid cloud environment and the launch of a strategic program of Innovation Initiatives pursuing the early adoption of disruptive technology.
