Simon Fairweather

Simon Fairweather is an accomplished creative leader with extensive experience in the advertising industry. Currently serving as SVP Creative Director and Head of Art at Leo Burnett since March 2018, Simon is part of a global network that emphasizes creativity and effectiveness. In addition to this role, Simon is the Founder of We Are Republic, an organization focused on creative activism. Previous positions include Creative Director at The Frameworks, Chief Creative Officer at EEI Global, and SVP Creative Director at TeamDetroit and JWT NY, among others. Simon has also contributed to education as an Adjunct Instructor in Advertising at both the Academy of Art University and the Fashion Institute of Technology. With a career spanning over two decades, Simon Fairweather is known for reimagining elite brands and advocating for experiential marketing.
