Paul Wahnon

Paul Wahnon is an experienced Programme Manager at Leo Cancer Care since July 2025, leading the development and timely delivery of innovative medical devices. Previously, Paul served as Head of Development at Applied Photophysics from July 2021 to July 2025, guiding new products through transition into manufacturing while mentoring team members. Prior project management experience includes roles at Acro Aircraft Seating, overseeing multi-disciplined teams for new product development, and at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where Paul led complex R&D projects and ensured regulatory compliance. Early career highlights include researching Luminescent Solar Concentrators at Imperial College London and working as a Motor Vehicle Technician at Mitsubishi Motors. Paul holds a Master's Degree in Physics with Management Studies from the University of Sussex.
