Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. Additionally, since January 2016, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Mariana previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. As a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, Mariana taught applied mathematics for nutrition and food history.
