Kumar Guddu

Kumar Guddu is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in engineering and product services, currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Product Services at Leoforce since January 2014. In this role, Kumar manages an AI-driven recommendation platform focused on performance, scalability, and reliability, facilitating integration with HRIS platforms. Previously, Kumar held positions as Chief Architect designing an AI-powered matching platform and as Solutions Architect at Aristocrat Gaming, where responsibilities included leading software architecture and development processes using Lean and Agile methodologies. Additional experience includes management roles at R Systems and technical development positions at SAP and Sobha Renaissance Information Technology. Kumar holds a Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor of Technology from the National Institute of Technology Raipur.
