Gaurav Bhandari

Gaurav Bhandari has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Gaurav currently holds the position of Vice President at Leon Capital Group, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Phoenix Physical Therapy from November 2021 to October 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Gaurav worked at North American Dental Group, first as the Director of M&A from November 2019 to November 2021, and then as the Director of Strategy & Business Development from November 2018 to November 2019.

In 2018, they were a Manager at Gillum Strategy Partners from February to November. Gaurav also worked as a Consultant at Clareo Partners from June 2017 to February 2018.

Gaurav founded their own venture, True Pioneer Capital Advisors, in June 2015 and served as its Founder until January 2018.

Gaurav Bhandari has a strong educational background with a focus on business and engineering. Gaurav began their higher education journey in 2000 at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2004, they sought further education and enrolled at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. From 2006 to 2008, Gaurav successfully obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Following their time at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, they decided to continue their academic pursuit and attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. In 2015, they completed their studies there, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance and Financial Management Services. Gaurav's educational history demonstrates their commitment to both the technical field of civil engineering and the business domain.
