Pily Larrea

Pily Larrea is an experienced professional currently focused on growth at Leona Health since April 2024. Pily has been a Venture Scout at Vamos Ventures since 2022, sourcing deal-flow and contributing to due diligence for fintech startups. Simultaneously, Pily serves as a Venture Scout for Grishin Robotics, working with a $100M venture capital fund. Previously, Pily held the position of Chief of Staff at AstroPay until May 2024 and was a 20% Advisor at CapitalG during 2021-2022. Pily gained significant experience as an Account Manager and in various project roles at Google from 2020 to 2022. Earlier, Pily co-founded Elivade, an online networking and mentorship platform for Black and Latinx individuals, after serving as a BOLD Intern at Google and a Summer Associate at the Financial Oversight & Management Board for Puerto Rico. Pily holds a Bachelor of Science from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a certificate in Entrepreneurship Essentials from Harvard Business School Online.
