Lily Chang

Lily joined LGP in 2004. She transitioned from Chief Portfolio Services Officer to Senior Advisor in 2022. Lily founded LGP’s Portfolio Services group in 2008. She continues to lead the firm’s women’s initiatives, including the LGP Women’s Executive Forum. Prior to LGP, she worked at Nissan North America and Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation in strategy and planning roles. Prior to Nissan, Lily was a partner with eCompanies Venture Group. Earlier in her career, she held finance and management positions with The Walt Disney Company and Procter & Gamble. Lily earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University, and an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School.
