Nick Okano

Nick Okano is a finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as a Principal at Leonard Green & Partners since September 2017, Nick has also held roles as Vice President and Associate at the same firm. Prior experience includes a position as a Private Equity Associate at GTCR LLC from July 2016 to August 2017, and as an Investment Banking Analyst within the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from July 2014 to June 2016, complemented by a summer analyst role at the same company in 2013. Earlier internships at various organizations, including C.A. White and California First National Bank, as well as training at the Investment Banking Institute, further enhanced Nick's expertise. Nick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Yale University, where studies were completed from 2010 to 2014.
