Deshaun Thompson

DeShaun Thompson is a highly experienced electrical engineer with a robust background in test engineering, project management, and system engineering. Since October 2023, DeShaun has served as a Principal Test Engineer at Leonardo DRS. Prior to this role, DeShaun worked as an Electrical Project Engineer at Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company from February 2021 to November 2023, and spent nearly a decade at Collins Aerospace as a Senior Electrical Engineer/Systems Engineer from November 2012 to February 2021. DeShaun also held the position of System Engineer at Hamilton Sundstrand and served as an Electrical Engineer at Rockwell Collins, as well as completing a brief rotational program with the US Army Corps of Engineers. DeShaun earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, followed by a second Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Communication Engineering from Morgan State University.
