Melissa Donaldson

Melissa Donaldson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Principal HR Business Partner at Leonardo DRS since March 2018, after previously holding the position of Senior HR Business Partner. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter at Avion Solutions, Inc. from June 2015 to February 2018, and HR Specialist and System/Program Analyst at McConnell Jones Lanier & Murphy LLP from June 2011 to June 2015. Melissa's career began at DRS Technologies Test & Energy Management, where positions included HR Generalist/Training Administrator and Senior Billing Analyst. Melissa holds a BBA in Human Resources from Athens State University and an AS in General Education from Calhoun Community College.
