Steven Oxholm

Steven Oxholm is a seasoned leader in the defense and energy sectors, currently serving as a Board Member at Channel Wind since November 2023, where innovation in the offshore wind industry is a primary focus. With extensive experience at Leonardo DRS since August 2020, Steven holds the title of Vice President for Undersea Strategic Planning and the Power Line of Business, contributing to the design and manufacturing of power systems for the U.S. Navy. Prior roles include Vice President & General Manager at L3Harris Technologies, where strategic campaigns led to significant multi-year contracts, and Director positions at L-3 Advanced Programs, focusing on market expansion and complex systems technology. Earlier in the career, Steven served as a highly regarded Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy, achieving recognition as the top Commanding Officer in Submarine Squadron Two in 2005. Educational credentials include a Master of Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from St. Louis University.
