Tyler Ayer

Tyler Ayer is a seasoned Quality Engineer with extensive experience in the manufacturing and testing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Leonardo DRS since October 2023, Tyler previously held various roles at The Master Lock Company from June 2012 to July 2023, including Test Lab Manager, Senior Quality Engineer, and Reliability Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed failure analysis, product evaluation testing, and test equipment design. Tyler's earlier career includes roles as a Quality Engineering/Test Lab Intern and Design Intern, emphasizing skills in parts modeling and design for manufacturing. Tyler holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where involvement included playing trumpet for the Panther Pep Band, and also gained foundational work experience in the service industry at Gordy's Marine and Lucke's Cantina.
