Abhishek Kumar

Abhishek Kumar is an accomplished professional in the aerospace engineering field, currently serving as the Head of Materials Technologies Labs within the Chief Technology and Innovation Office at Leonardo since July 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at QuEST Global as a MRB and Stress Engineer, where expertise in static, dynamic, and fatigue analysis on various aircraft components was demonstrated. Abhishek's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Alabama, complemented by a Master's degree in Engineering Mechanics and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Teaching experience encompasses roles as a Teaching Professional and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Alabama, focusing on fundamental aerospace subjects and advanced material research.
