James Foster

James Foster is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader and Lead Process Engineer at Leonardo since June 2020, overseeing the microwave process engineering team. Previously, James held the position of Microwave Process Engineering Team Leader at Leonardo from October 2008 to May 2019, where responsibilities included roles as Senior Microwave Engineer and Microwave Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Microwave Technician at Selex Galileo from October 2005 to October 2008, focusing on high-frequency RF test and analysis, and as a Technical Apprentice at BAE Systems from September 2002 to October 2005, completing an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship. James holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and an HNC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Uxbridge College.
