Lorenzo Castaldi is an accomplished procurement program manager at Leonardo since September 2023, bringing extensive experience from Whirlpool Corporation, where roles included system integrator and manufacturing engineer from March 2021 to August 2023. In the system integrator role, Lorenzo led projects in cooktop platform engineering for EMEA, conducted technical and economic feasibility analyses, and served as the global point of reference for cross-functional teams. As a manufacturing engineer, responsibilities included continuous improvement management through the Kaizen method and leadership of new product introduction processes within the WCM program.
