Marita Ryman

Marita Ryman currently serves as the Head of Trade Compliance at Leonardo, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this, Marita led Global Trade operations at Raytheon UK from October 2017 to January 2023. Marita's extensive experience in export control and compliance includes roles such as Head of Global Trade Operations at QinetiQ and Group Head of Export Control at e2v, where responsibilities encompassed global export, security, and compliance matters. Marita's career also features positions at BAE Systems and EADS Astrium as UK & US Export Compliance Officer. Marita is an alumna of Mayfield Comprehensive Portsmouth, having completed education there from 1980 to 1985.
