Neil Irving

Neil Irving is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development across various sectors. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at LEONARDO MW LTD since October 2017, Neil focuses on the Captor-E radar program for the Eurofighter, utilizing IBM Rhapsody and C++. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Expro, where Neil managed application development for reporting on well test data, and Aker Solutions, contributing to embedded software for subsea control systems. Neil’s expertise also encompasses telecom systems at Yakara and modifications of Fortran converters at Thomson Training and Simulation. Neil holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Computer Science from Swansea University.
