Rachael Carlin

Rachael Carlin is an accomplished professional in software engineering with over 27 years of experience at Leonardo. Beginning as a Graduate Software Engineer, Rachael progressed through various roles, including Radar Control Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, before achieving leadership positions such as Software Project Manager and Engineering Project Manager. Currently serving as Head of Software Engineering since February 2012, Rachael also held key roles such as Captor-M Software Function Lead and Captor-E Deputy Software Lead. Rachael's expertise was further demonstrated as Gripen Prototype Software Team Lead from March 2009 to March 2011. Rachael holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The University of Glasgow, obtained in 1996.
