Kimberly Samra has been in the property management industry since 2013. Kimberly started their career as Regional Operations Manager at Leonardo Management, Inc., where they were responsible for preparing weekly and monthly investor reporting packages, presenting to owners and reviewing financials monthly. Kimberly also communicated with multiple investors, providing market analysis, pricing recommendations, marketing recommendations and monthly financial analysis for each property. In 2020, Kimberly joined Leonardo247 as an Account Manager. In this role, they used their knowledge of the property management industry to best serve clients with their needs. Kimberly also created tasks based on a client's policies and procedures, developed and enhanced current forms with Leo247 capabilities and trained staff members on software usage. Additionally, Kimberly continually sought ways to help clients become more engaged with the software and further adopt Leonardo into the company culture.
Kimberly Samra obtained their MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2010 and their BA in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach in 2004.
