Nathalie Saededdin, MBA has a diverse work experience. Nathalie began their career in 2004 as a Dance and Cheer Instructor for Young Champions. In 2009, they became a Spanish and Dance Teacher at Birmingham Community Charter High School. In 2010, they were a Safety, Health and Environmental Clerk for Nestl\u00e9. From 2011 to 2015, they held various roles such as Office Manager and HR Manager at Sawing Services Co, Human Resources Administrator-Temp at Rexam, and Accounting Department Manager and HR Manager at So Cal Home Remodeling. From 2016 to 2018, they were Business Manager at Apartment SEO, LLC. In 2019, they became an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Marymount University and in 2018 they were Director of Operations and Operations Manager at Leonardo247. In their roles, they have managed all accounting functions, HR functions, trade show logistics, 3rd party software applications, company meetings and retreats, and has implemented EOS. Nathalie has reformed billing processes, restructured collections processes, implemented company-wide procedures and training for CRM, created cancellation procedures and policies, assisted with on-boarding training for new hires, managed orders, invoicing, purchasing, label designing, logistics, collections, and sales records, and worked extensively with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop and Outlook.

Nathalie Saededdin, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Culture from California State University, Northridge in 2008. Nathalie then pursued a Teaching Credential Program in Spanish Language and Culture from the same university from 2008 to 2010. In 2016, they earned their Master of Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Loyola Marymount University.
