Dr. Marcel Maurer is a seasoned professional specializing in organizational development and management consulting. Currently serving as the Lead Expert in Organizational Development at LEONI since October 2022, Dr. Maurer oversees global reorganization projects, enhances organizational structure, and maintains job architecture. Previously, as a Freelance Management Consultant from September 2018 to October 2022, extensive industry studies and significant contributions to restructuring projects in financial and insurance sectors were made. Dr. Maurer also held positions as a research assistant at Technische Universität Ilmenau, focusing on strategic management and organizational theory.
