Guido Kolbinger

Guido Kolbinger has had an extensive career in HR and recruiting. Guido is currently the Global Head of HR Recruiting & International Assignment at LEONI since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at ams OSRAM from 2018 to 2021, where they held the role of Head of Recruiting Germany and was responsible for end-to-end recruiting services, employer branding activities, and vendor management. From 2010 to 2018, Guido worked at Infineon Technologies, where they held multiple roles including Head of HR Service Center Germany, International HR Project Manager & Head of Recruiting Malaysia, and HR Business Partner. Guido started their career at BMW Group as an Executive Recruiter from 2006 to 2008.

Guido Kolbinger completed a Master's Degree in HR Management from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Project Management from the University of applied sciences Ingolstadt between 2004 and 2006.
