Katharina Sicking

Katharina Sicking has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Katharina started their career as a Trainee in Human Resources at LEONI in October 2014 and served in this role until December 2015. Following that, they worked as an Advisor in Personnel Development from January 2016 to August 2017. From September 2017 to October 2021, they held the position of Global Expert in Personnel Development/Talent Management at LEONI. Currently, they are working as the Lead Expert in Global Recruiting at LEONI since November 2021. In addition to their time at LEONI, they also gained international experience as an Intern in HR and Marketing at HNA Group in Beijing from August 2011 to July 2012. Katharina Sicking has also ventured into academia and is currently serving as a Lecturer at Campus M21 since March 2022.

Katharina Sicking has a diverse education history. Katharina obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Saxion University of Applied Sciences in 2011. From 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master's degree in Management Studies at Stockholm University. In 2013, they attended the Summer School in Psychology at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Katharina also studied Business Administration at Kozminski University in 2013 and 2014. In 2022 and 2023, Katharina Sicking enrolled in the DEBA Deutsche Employer Branding Akademie GmbH for an Employer Brand Manager:in degree. Additionally, they have acquired certifications, including Hogan Certified from HART Consulting Romania and DEBA Employer Brand Manager:in from DEBA Deutsche Employer Branding Akademie GmbH in 2023.
