Mahmoud Waheeb, PHRI has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Mahmoud started their career in 2013 as a Customer Care Representative at Vodafone Egypt. Mahmoud then worked as a Human Resources Officer and later as a Human Resources Administrator at Raya Information Technology. In these roles, they were involved in payroll preparation, recruitment processes, and benefits implementation.
In 2015, Mahmoud joined Valeo as an HR Coordinator, where they handled payroll processes and developed a new HR payroll tool. Mahmoud was later promoted to the role of Senior HR Coordinator, where they also managed compensation, benefits, and payroll.
In 2018, Mahmoud joined CI Capital Holding as an HR Rewards Analyst, where they evaluated company benefits plans and conducted research on prevailing practices.
Currently, Mahmoud is working at LEONI as the Head of Total Rewards, Analytics & HR Controlling Country, managing various departments including Compensation & Benefits, Analytics & HR Controlling, and Travel Management. In previous roles within LEONI, they have also held positions as Lead Expert Compensation & Benefits Country, HR Supervisor Compensation & Benefits, and Senior Specialist Compensation & Benefits, where they designed compensation policies and coordinated C&B processes. Overall, Mahmoud has gained extensive experience in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, and payroll throughout their career.
Mahmoud Waheeb, PHRI, has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from Cairo University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2013. Mahmoud also holds a Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo, which they received in 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Mahmoud has earned the Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRI) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2016.
