Matthias Preis

Matthias Preis is an experienced professional in information security, currently serving as the CISO and Head of Information Security at LEONI since December 2015. Prior roles include Corporate Information Security Manager and Specialist in Risk and Compliance at SDV, as well as positions as an IT Internal Auditor. Matthias gained valuable experience through internships focusing on e-business, information security, and system administration, and held research and teaching assistant roles at various universities. Matthias's educational background includes a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from the University of Regensburg, alongside studies in Information Processing Science at the University of Oulu and a Bachelor of Science in Computer- und Mediensicherheit from the University of Applied Sciences Hagenberg.
