Thomas Gabriel

Thomas Gabriel has had a diverse range of work experiences. Thomas has worked at LEONI as the Vice President and Head of Operations Strategy and Management since November 2022. Prior to that, they held roles in the COO Office and as a Project Manager for Operational Excellence at LEONI. Thomas also worked at Busch Vacuum Pumps and Systems as a Global Sales Coordinator for Lean Management, where they were responsible for implementing a global LEAN culture and management. At HEMA GmbH, they were the Director of Business Development and Process Management, legal representative of HEMA Zhao Protection Technology (Qingdao) Co., and Assistant to the General Manager and Company Owner. Thomas also worked at First Solar as a Business Analyst and Customer Service Representative and at Schmidt BioMedTech (Malaysia) as an intern.

Thomas Gabriel has a Diplom in Finanz Controlling from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, which they obtained from 2002 to 2008. Thomas also holds a Licenciatura in Marketing from Universidad Anáhuac, which they obtained from 2005 to 2006. Furthermore, they have an Abitur from the German Swiss International School, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Thomas Gabriel also has a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from TÜV SüD, obtained in 2011.
