Yasmin El Shoura has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Yasmin began their career as a Career Analyst Consultant at Skill-Link, where they focused on screening and selecting resumes, analyzing job profiles, and negotiating salary and benefits. Yasmin then moved on to ABCO Group, where they served as the HR Section Head for a period of one year and seven months.
In 2015, Yasmin joined LEONI as the Talent Acquisition Lead, responsible for recruiting and acquiring top talent for the company. After three years in this role, they were promoted to Head of HR Business Partner at LEONI Egypt - Jaguar Land Rover & Aston Martin BU, where they played a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
Currently, Yasmin holds the position of Head of HR Development, Culture, and Leadership at LEONI. In this role, they are responsible for fostering a positive work culture and developing leadership skills within the company. Yasmin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their work, making their a valuable asset to any organization.
Yasmin El Shoura obtained a certificate in Personality Assessment from SHL in 2018. Before that, they completed an HR Diploma at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in 2016. Their education began with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Misr University for Science and Technology in 2004.
