Ritayan Bhattacharjee

Ritayan Bhattacharjee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Ritayan began their career at Tata Consultancy Services in 2005, where they served as a Developer and Business Analyst until 2010. Ritayan then progressed to become a Module Leader/Project Leader from 2010 to 2012, followed by a role as a Program Manager from 2012 to 2014. During their tenure as Program Manager, Ritayan successfully managed financial budgeting, implemented open source tools to improve productivity, and led significant year-to-year growth.

In 2015, Ritayan joined Tata Consultancy Services as an Internal Product Manager - Research and Innovation until 2017, where they contributed to the company's research and innovation initiatives.

Most recently, Ritayan has been working at Leopard Solutions as the Director of Data Operations and Product Development since 2018, and has now been promoted to the position of VP. With their extensive experience, Ritayan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role, overseeing data operations and driving product development at Leopard Solutions.

Ritayan Bhattacharjee completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur, from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Ritayan Bhattacharjee has obtained several certifications. Ritayan earned the Professional Scrum Product Owner - 1 certification from Scrum.org in June 2022. In December 2020, they achieved the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Furthermore, in December 2017, they obtained both the PMP® certification and the PMI-ACP® certification from the Project Management Institute.
