Gentiana Peza

Gentiana Peza, MSc, sHRBP, HRM, CIPD in Progress has an extensive work experience. Gentiana currently holds the position of Head of HR at LEORON Institute since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Lead HR Specialist from January 2022 to January 2023, and as a Human Resources Specialist from June 2021 to January 2022. From January 2018 to June 2021, they worked as a Senior International Training Consultant and concurrently served as a Senior Adviser - Learning & Development Solutions at LEORON Institute. Gentiana also worked as an International Training Consultant from 2015 to 2017 and as an Administrative Assistant from June 2014 to January 2015 at the same company.

In addition to their roles at LEORON Institute, they were a Business Development Manager at Popleads from January 2016 to April 2017. Gentiana also worked as a Researcher at the Institute for political research (IPIS) from December 2010 to December 2013. Furthermore, they had an internship experience at the Prosecutor's Office Danica Strackova from May 2012 to August 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Researcher at the Institute for Democracy 'Societas Civilis' - Skopje from June 2008 to December 2010. Gentiana began their career as a Political Affairs Specialist at a Rating Agency from March 2008 to June 2008.

Gentiana Peza holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Business Law from the University American College Skopje, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from the same university, completing their studies from 2011 to 2014. Gentiana Peza also obtained several additional certifications, including a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in April 2021. Gentiana also has certifications in Leadership, Lean Six Sigma Awareness Training, Sales Management, and the Strategic Role of the HCM from various institutions between 2015 and 2019.
