George Gruevski

George Gruevski has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. George started their career as an Assistant General Manager at Olio e Piu in June 2010 and continued in this role until January 2011.

In December 2011, George joined LEORON Professional Development Institute as an International Training Consultant. George worked with private companies, organizations, associations, and government institutions, providing them with event management services until January 2014.

From January 2014 to January 2016, George served as a Senior Training Consultant and Team Leader at LEORON. During this time, they played a crucial role in providing professional development training and consulting services in various strategic corporate functions.

In December 2015, George was promoted as the Head of Business Unit - Corporate Finance at LEORON. In this role, they managed a portfolio of over 50 training programs and led a team of 15 consultants in the GCC region. George was responsible for consulting services on learning and development roles, market analysis, corporate culture changes, and increasing competitiveness.

In January 2019, George took on the role of Associate Director, Sales and Business Development at LEORON. George managed and coordinated sales-related activities for multiple sales teams and senior sales managers. George also facilitated best practice sharing within the business unit.

Most recently, George Gruevski was appointed as the Managing Director of LEORON Institute in January 2021. As the Managing Director, they are responsible for overall leadership and strategic management of the organization.

George Gruevski has a Master's degree in Law from the AUE American University of Europe and a Bachelor's degree in Law from FON University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained various certifications, including "Revolutionising Leadership Development" from LEORON Institute in 2022, "Certificate in Governance, Risk & Compliance" from London School of Business and Finance LSBF in 2021, and "Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP)" from Human Capital Institute (HCI) in November 2020. George also holds certifications in areas such as leadership thinking, data analysis and reporting, Six Sigma, and advanced leadership skills.
