Karin Lindblom

Karin Lindblom is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as CHRO at Leo's since September 2025. Prior to this role, Karin held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Green Storage from July 2022 to August 2025, where responsibilities included developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals for a fully digitalized facility provider in Sweden. Karin's prior experience includes significant roles such as Head of HR at 24Storage AB, HR Business Partner at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and Kellogg Company, and Regional HR Manager at Espresso House.
