Monica Shrestha

Monica Shrestha has extensive work experience in supply chain and procurement roles. Monica is currently a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager at LeoStella, where they have been since February 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Procurement Manager at the same company from April 2021 to February 2022. From July 2018 to April 2021, Monica worked as a Purchasing Manager at LeoStella.

Before joining LeoStella, Monica worked at Spaceflight Industries as a Purchasing Manager from April 2015 to July 2018. Prior to that, they held various roles at Cascade Designs, Inc. from 2007 to 2014. These roles included Offshore Buyer for Finished Goods in Asia, where they managed global suppliers and collaborated with product development teams, and Buyer for Print, Packaging, & Merchandising, where they sourced, negotiated, and purchased print and packaging materials.

Earlier in their career, Monica worked at VARILITE as a Marketing & Sales Coordinator from 1999 to 2006. In this role, they managed international distributors and conducted market research on the company's products. Monica also worked at SCA Credit - A subsidiary of GE Capital as a Marketing Sales Coordinator from 1996 to 1997, assisting with client service and sales projects.

Monica's first role was as a Marketing Research Assistant at KIRO TV in 1996, where they analyzed market research data and provided support to the TV sales team.

Monica Shrestha obtained a Bachelor's Degree in B.A., Business Administration & Marketing from Central Washington University. Additionally, they have a certification in Business Contracts from Cornell University, which they obtained in April 2023.
